Hello, greetings from poverty in paradise(aka Trinidad)! I am on a laptop that is really old(it has a hard time with dial up), so I can't upload something or do a DFilm, but I would like to apply.

Here's my idea: Sometimes I make sculpture out of pennies and coins I smash up on the train tracks mixed with other metal and stuff...so...I would make a fountain out of scrap metal and some of the pennies and other found objects/recycled material/etc.(a wishing well really) that has flame effects in the center(would use my friend Argyre, who safety checks all the pyro artcars for DMV to make this safe and working)...the remaining pennies would be on hand to be used to grant peoples wishes. then after the event I would donate them on behalf of the borg2 to Make a Wish foundation

Here's where you come in: I need someone with better technological capabilities to collaborate with me to get my application in. You would need to make the DFilm(preferred) or a drawing of my idea.
