Almost time for SUMMER SCHOOL!!!!!!!

I'm thinking of teaching some courses this summer, 4th of JUly week end in the desert. I have finally finished learning course
("The Hippie Hand Book")

1. What would you like to learn?
2. Classes?
3. Hunting?
4. Car chases?
5. Getting into B.M. free??

Please let me know.

    I just can't decide.......oh wait, yes I can, because I already know how to get into BMan for free! LOL.........

    Now, to just get the remote airplane to fly over that stupid stick and drop it's flare load..........hmmmmmm

    I'm going to need a refresher course on "Springtime Playa Driving"

    I learned that when the playa goes from dark brown to white you're FUCKED!! So I'm hauling ass across the playa and it's color is dark brown (Yes I knew that was stupid already, but I was still getting good traction and I thought it would be over soon.) Well all of a sudden it goes white, well white means standing water. I though I was fucked since I was about 1/2 to 1 mile from the shore. I managed to keep my speed up and managed to make a U-Turn and I managed to get out...

    So... either I'm in need of an advanced playa driving class, or I've got enough "DOH!" experience to be able to teach parts of one.

        And learn I did.... fuck it was skill that prevented me from getting stuck, one fucking mile into the shit! Yes it was stupidity that got me there, but it was skill that got me out...

          I've gone across the playa wet and threw 10' rooster tails the whole way. Crazy yes but was to late to care.

            Yep... I was pretty much at the same point... However I realized it woudl be a good idea to turn around when i figured there would be 1-2 miles of water to go over, and i was already a 1/4 mile into the water... managed to make a u turn... granted it was a wide one... and it intersected the playa highway quite nicely too... when i got out my jeep was 100% playa colored from the front tires on back..

            Hey, you're not the only one who's flung mud into the air out there! ;)

            Remember '99 when I slipped off the road comming onto the playa?? There were huge chunks of mud going "clonk" onto the roof, the hood, flinging every which way!!!!! OH it was insane!!!!!!!!!!

            When all else fails, FLOOR IT!!!!!! Oh, and having a really huge set of Super Swampers on the 4x4 doesn't hurt either!

            RedTux, I'm gonna laugh if I hear you ever get stuck out there! Hee hee! Glad you didn't get stuck. Someone might have dug down deep enough to have found some of those hippies somebody hid out there!
